Baltimore Challenge organizes one-day urban races in Baltimore, MD for active adventure-seekers. Our first race is taking place on Saturday, July 3rd and will repeat every few months thereafter. … You can set the parameters of the hike be it urban hike, more rigorous hikes, or weekday hikes. This group has enough members to meet the needs of everyone if those belonging are willing to take ownership of the activities.

If you're into overnight backpacking (not day hiking), or think you would like to be, and looking for an active group, this is the place for you! Trips are scheduled every month throughout the year. Member participation is what makes this work, both as organizers and participants.
